A seasoned veteran of business and the information technology industry, Rao plays a vital role in formulating policies, motivating people, building high performance teams and propelling the growth of the organization to deliver superior customer value and experience.

Prior to Aptiva, Rao has served executive roles in Verizon.

Mr. Swamy VLN Boyapati

ED & COO

Swamy Boyapati is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy development, operations , sales and program management

As COO, he drives people, systems and processes for the team to deliver on operational excellence and customer commitments.

He has huge experience in driving cross-functional projects and end-to-end process improvements across pre-sales, sales, delivery and customer support to optimize costs and deliver great customer experience for clients across the globe.

Prior to Aptiva, Swamy has served leadership roles with companies like Samsung SDS, Satyam, GBM and BlueStar Infotech.

Mr. Srinivas Pramod

Director

Pramod drives corporate strategy formulation, new territory expansion and go-to-market strategy, business development, partnerships, technology alliances and marketing.

He has been instrumental in helping leading organisations across BFSI, telecom, government etc. formulate and operationalize their digital transformation strategy. With a great blend of domain and technology expertise, he is laser focused in delivering value during his customer engagements.

He brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry having worked with a rich blend of billion dollar corporations and early stage companies like Infosys, OpenSpan, GMT, Datacraft, Witness Systems & Servion Global.

Mr. Bader Maktabi

Sales Director

With an experience spanning over 15 years, he has worked tirelessly towards establishing and strengthening client relationships in the GCC region. With his experience and pulse of the region, he has grown key account relationships, especially with large public sector organisations and immensely contributed to the growth of the company Prior to Aptiva, Bader was handling strategic sales for ITON Corporation across UAE and Oman

Vice President, Solution Architecture & Program Management

He comes with nearly two decades of experience in working for a broad range of enterprise solutions and cutting-edge technologies. He is responsible for designing, architecting and delivering solutions for customer requirements.

George has a great track record of building strong IT practices and delivering complex projects for various clients across the globe.
